What is The Wind SIM?
The Wind SIM is our initial product offering and a dynamic wind simulation system designed for sim racing rigs using SimHub.
As your vehicle accelerates in-game, fan speed increases to create real airflow directed toward the driver. When the car slows down, airflow decreases accordingly. This dynamic response creates a surprisingly natural sensation of speed and motion inside your cockpit.
Because airflow changes continuously throughout a race, it becomes an intuitive part of the driving experience. Many drivers find that wind simulation dramatically increases immersion and helps the brain perceive speed more realistically.
Dynamic Airflow That Reacts to Your Driving
The Wind SIM responds to your car’s telemetry through SimHub, meaning airflow changes as you drive.
As speed increases on straights, the fans ramp up to simulate the sensation of air rushing past the driver. When braking or slowing for corners, airflow decreases naturally.
SimHub can also introduce subtle airflow differences during cornering depending on your configuration, helping reinforce directional movement and vehicle dynamics.
This constant variation in airflow helps create a deeper connection between what you see on screen and what you physically feel while driving.
Customizable Through SimHub
The Wind SIM is fully configurable using SimHub’s wind simulation settings.
Drivers can customize:

Installation
The Wind SIM connects to your PC via USB and is configured through SimHub.
Fans are mounted to your sim rig or monitor stand so airflow is directed toward the driver. Once configured in SimHub, airflow will automatically respond to your vehicle’s telemetry in supported games.
Most users can complete installation quickly and begin tuning airflow settings to their preference.
