What Is The Sim Box – Wind & Rumble?
The Sim Box – Wind & Rumble is a complete immersion controller system designed to bring your rig to life using telemetry from SimHub.
Inside one enclosure, the system controls:
- Dual high-airflow PWM fans for speed-based wind effects
- Up to quad-channel rumble output for independent left, right, and corner-based vibration zones
- Simple USB connection to your PC
- SimHub integration for easy setup and customization
Instead of juggling multiple boards, power supplies, and loose wiring, The Sim Box combines everything into one organized system that is easier to install, easier to tune, and easier to enjoy.

Wind Simulation

Optional packages may also include:
- Wind ducts
- The optional airflow ducts are intended for more complicated or custom mounting setups where the fans cannot be positioned close to the driver.
- For the strongest and most responsive effect, we recommend mounting the fan housing as close to the driver as possible with direct airflow from the housing whenever your rig allows. Optional airflow ducts can be used when additional distance or routing flexibility is needed.

The DIY Edition includes the enclosure and controller platform so you can add your own fans, rumble motors, wiring, and mounting hardware.

Do I need SimHub?
Yes. The Sim Box – Wind & Rumble is designed to work with SimHub telemetry and effect controls.
Can I use my own fans or vibration motors?
Yes. The DIY Edition is designed for custom components, and the main version is compatible with a variety of common 12V fans and rumble motors.
Is this plug-and-play?
The Wind & Rumble version is designed to be much easier to set up than a typical DIY solution, but some assembly and mounting may still be required depending on your rig.
What games does it support?
Anything supported by SimHub, including iRacing, Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Competizione, BeamNG, and many more.
